Toys "R" Us Children's Fund Donates $500,000 to Save the Children To Support Hurricane Relief Efforts

The Toys "R" Us Children's Fund has donated $500,000 to help Save the Children expand its work on behalf of children and infants impacted by Hurricanes Gustav and Ike.

Save the Children is a global humanitarian organization that responds to the unique needs of the world's youngest victims in the wake of natural disasters. The Toys "R" Us Children's Fund donation will assist with the organization's relief and recovery efforts in Texas and Louisiana.

Toys "R" Us has already donated thousands of baby products to shelters immediately before and after the hurricanes. They also donated $100,000 worth of portable cribs, diapers and other sundries to evacuated families.
