If you are longing for the hot days of summer where eating an ice cream cone everyday wasn't an unusual prospect, the Play Doh Magic Swirl Ice Cream Shoppe from Hasbro is one gift you might consider purchasing for your preschooler (or at least asking Santa to bring it). Two swirl designs let you child make all sorts of fun creations including "ice cream", "pretzels" and even an "ice cream cake."
While your little will get a kick out of mixing colors and playing mad chef, you can be assured their imagination is in full gear, helping them to decide what to create next. Worried about a mess? Throw a large sheet down under the table, or have them "work" right on the floor on an old towel. The set includes four, three-ounce cans of PLAY-DOH compound and over 40 molds and accessories.
What is your preschooler's must-have present? Talk about it in our Parenting Preschoolers Message Boards.
