Above all else, Mr. S. loves to snuggle. At the end of the day he's happier to do nothing more than curl up on the couch and read some books and cuddle together. That's why he was thrilled--thrilled when we got a few CuddleUppets (compare prices) to check out. As soon as he saw the yellow dog, he had to pull it out of the box and immediately started to play.

I think that was my favorite part of the CuddleUppets. While I sometimes question the value of my children getting yet another stuffed animal, CuddleUppets are so much more. A blanket that combines a stuffed animal puppet head, CuddleUppets really encourage creativity. My 9-year-old daughter pulled out the blue elephant and together, she and Mr. S. played for hours. Later that night, he went to sleep with it, not wanting to part with "Yellow Glowstick" (I don't name the toys, I just open the boxes).

CuddleUppets: Good for kids ages 6 months and up, suggested price $19.99 each; $16.99 each additional pet.

What is your child's favorite stuffed animal?

Thank you, Amanda. I heartily agree! Our two daughters created fabulous imaginary characters for their “theater” [as they called it] by playing together with all kinds of toys and props like these CuddleUppets.
