Avoid Raising a Spoiled Child

Especially this time of year, I often find myself struggling with buying my kids what they want and keeping them from being spoiled. It can be a fine line, especially when they are getting so many "things" from so many sources and so many outlets (television, their friends and relatives) telling them that there are lots that they "need." Still, raising a child who isn't spoiled, isn't a really a difficult task, rather, a lot of it is just implementing some common-sense parenting techniques. It can be easy for it all to get away from you though, as you'll read.
