We've had a bit of a slow start to the school year. Mr. S. goes to school every Tuesday and Thursday. Last Tuesday school was closed for New Year's Day. While he attended last Thursday, he missed school yesterday because of an ear infection and on Thursday school is closed for parent/teacher conferences.
I'm hoping that when Tuesday rolls around again, he'll be ready to get back into our morning routine. I don't anticipate a problem as he's pretty agreeable in the mornings and he's still been part of what his brother and sister do before they go to school. That's the beauty of a morning routine, they give kids something they can count on.
