At-home Art Gallery

By , About.com Guide

Running out of room on the refrigerator door for all of the wonderful artwork your child brings home from preschool? Try hanging those works of art all over the house -- the family room, the hallway, even your child's bedroom or the playroom. Once a month or with the change of season or holidays, switch them with new pieces.

For an extra-special touch, pick up a few inexpensive picture frames at your local discount store or keep an eye out for them at garage sales, and mount the drawings or paintings. Imagine how proud your child will be to see his work hung so importantly!

Purchase a large storage bin to hold all the pictures once you take them down off the wall -- one should be big enough to get you through the whole year. Label it accordingly.
