Anything Avocado
- Both my boys lovelovelove avocado. Sometimes I go all out and make guacamole but even when it's just mashed on multigrain toast and sprinkled with a bit of cumin and salt or chopped and enjoyed with chips I know they won't go hungry if there is an avocado in the house.

Peanut Butter Rice Cakes
- We spread peanut butter on rice cakes for a tasty, gluten-free treat. You can sprinkle a few raisins or banana slices on top if you like. Goes great with a cup of Ovaltine.

frozen yogurt
- Ok it might not be the healthiest snack but it is better than ice cream on a hot day. Plus it tastes good.

Fruit
- It's simple but it works. My kids love fruit. I tell them it is a natural candy and they seem to buy it! Sometimes we will make a big fruit salad. It's fun to go to the store all together and pick out fruits to go into our big creation. Then we make it together and eat it together. Healthy and a family activity too.

Cream cheese and crackers
- My daughter could eat this for breakfast lunch and dinner. She loves it! I try to mix it up with peanut butter or slices of regular cheese, but she likes cream cheese the best. I also change around the crackers. I'll offer whole wheat or multigrain to try to make it better for her.
